One-Minute Workday: Introducing Non-Academic Student Hiring Basics
Workday Brief: Non-Academic Student Hiring Basics
This brief takes a deeper-dive into student hiring and includes an overview of the student employee lifecycle, business rules for hiring students, and an overview of some major changes to hiring students.
Additional Data Clean-Up Efforts
Before going live with Workday, data will be migrated from HRMS to Workday. By engaging in designated data clean-up efforts, HR professionals from units can ensure that data elements from that unit are clean and accurate and ready to be moved to Workday just prior to the Workday go-live this fall.
Please note: When Ending Vacant Positions, there is no need to end student or university affiliate vacant positions. Student and university affiliate vacant positions will not be loaded into Workday.
