Human Resources has published important deadlines and guidance on the time report clean-up effort and guidance for employees and managers on how to enter time around the cut over period.
Printable, Color-Coded Cut Over Calendar Now Available
The Cut Over Calendar shows important events like employee and manager training as well as dates and deadlines for when systems, functionality, and commands will become unavailable as we begin the process of moving to Workday.

Pre-Go Live Checklist for Colleges, Schools, and Units
This checklist can be used by business officers and HR personnel in colleges, schools, and units to ensure you are engaging in the right activities at the right time and are aware of upcoming deadlines. This document reflects many of the deadlines and activities in the Cut Over Calendar.
Employee and Manager Training Events Posted; eLearning Now Online
Employee and Manager Training Events are now posted to the Workday@UT website. All employees will receive an email on these events on Monday and will continue to receive emails, either from Workday@UT or HR, inviting employees to in-person and online training and eLearning. Space is limited at these events so we are asking that attendees register through Eventbrite. Events will also have a livestream option.

Workday User Fair Scheduled for Oct. 19,11 AM – 2 PM, Texas Union Santa Rita Room
Intended to be a casual way for all employees to learn about timesheets in Workday, their worker profile, and how to navigate Workday. This User Fair will be a great opportunity for employees to meet members of the Workday team, pick up some Workday swag, and enjoy some refreshments. Please mark your calendars and help us promote this event with employees in your unit.
