Workday provides the following reports to help determine if users have entered and submitted time. These reports are not only available to those with the new Time Analyst role, but all of the following roles can run these reports.

Timesheet Status Detail –RPT0378– Will prompt for date range and supervisory organization. Will optionally filter based on Pay Rate Type, e.g. Hourly and EIDs. This report will allow the user to see if hourly workers are to completing time entry. For instance, the Timesheet Completion Detail report will show that the worker has submitted all of his hours, but it is awaiting approval. It will show all workers in the Supervisory Organization, regardless of whether they have completed their Timesheets. However, this report is position-based and if the worker has multiple jobs, the report will only show information relevant to the position in the selected Supervisory Organization.
Timesheet Status Summary – RPT0379– Will prompt for date range and supervisory organization. Will optionally filter based on Pay Rate Type, e.g. Hourly and EIDs. This report will allow the user to see if employees have completed their time entry. Report is sorted and grouped by employee and based on Week and Position. This report does not include Time Off and Leave.
No Timesheet Entered Report – RPT0153– Will prompt for date range and supervisory organization. Will optionally filter based on Pay Rate Type, e.g. Hourly and Employee Type. This report is used to identify employees that did not enter time for a specific week.
Unsubmitted Time and Time Off Report – RPT0235– Will prompt for date range and supervisory organization. Will optionally filter based on Pay Rate Type, e.g. Hourly and Employee Type. This report captures all employees that have unsubmitted time and time off on their time sheet. This report will return both exempt and non-exempt employees.
