2023/07: Impact Research Workshop @Johns Hopkins, HEMI

Dr. Jin Yang was selected to attend the 2023 workshop and short course on impact research experiments in Baltimore during the summer. This event was hosted by the Johns Hopkins University’s Hopkins Extreme Materials Institute (HEMI), in collaboration with the Materials Science in Extreme Environments (MSEE) University Research Alliance. The emphasis of the event will be on impact research experiments performed using gas guns, powder guns, and electromagnetic launchers. More details about this event can be found here.
