It appears that Microsoft’s Mac Business Unit is doing a from-the-ground-up rewrite of Entourage as a native Cocoa application, and will be releasing it towards the end of 2010 as Outlook for Macintosh. I’m not holding my breath for true feature parity with Outlook, but any improvement is welcome.
