UBS has been updated with the latest release from WP.org.

NOTE: The information in this post is specific to site owners who are currently using the UT Responsive theme.

The UT Responsive theme (formerly the default theme on UBS) is no longer being supported and is being retired and replaced with the updated, default UBS theme, UT WordPress theme. The UT Responsive theme is no longer available in your theme dashboard, unless it is your active theme.

Site owners currently using this theme will be receiving notifications of the initiative to help update their site to the UT WordPress Theme ahead of the removal of UT Responsive tentatively scheduled for September, 2021.
 
Our goals for the retirement of the UT Responsive theme are:

• Comply with the updated University Brand recommendations from University Communications
• Remove an outdated customized theme that is no longer supported and could potentially break with future WordPress upgrades
• Provide a better user experience with an updated and robust theme supported by the UBS stewards
