WELCOME TO THE CARRANZA CHICANO ARCHIVE
In partnership with the Benson Latin American Library at the University of Texas at Austin, the Carranza Chicano Archive stems from the generous donation of the meticulous collection of Vincente Carranza and Connie Carranza. The Carranza Chicano Archive provides enviable material records of the Chicano Movement and seeks to provide an “honest picture of the Chicano Movement” in the United States and beyond. It further provides access to the life works of the Chicano, including Vicente and Connie Carranza, who dedicated their lives to the movement and safeguarded its remnants.
