On Saturday, February 22 CM2 co-hosted an event at GirlDayUT with the WTS Heart of Texas Chapter. The event is organized to help introduce young girls to STEM professions. 

Students in Professor Ming Zhang’s Planning for Megaregions class took a trip to the Netherlands and Germany from February 8-15th to learn about “super-city regions” in the European context.

Earlier this month, transportation policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions gathered in Washington, D.C. for the Transportation Research Board (TRB) 99th Annual Meeting. CM2 was there in full force with 23 researchers from all of our partner and affiliated institutions participating in 41 total events/sessions.
