Education The Consortium collectively offers 7 accredited masters and doctoral degree programs in transportation-related fields. Over the past five years, consortium members have on average annually 120 students at the undergraduate, masters, and Ph.D. level. These programs are supported by 5 full-time faculty at LSU, 8 full-time faculty at TSU, 18 full-time faculty at UT-Austin, and 11 full-time faculty at UPenn with expertise in transportation and closely related focus area.
