Membership in the DFSA is open faculty and staff who identify as disabled, Deaf, neurodivergent, chronically ill, having a mental health disability or undiagnosed (among many other intersectional identities they may hold), as well as those connected to disability personally or professionally who want to support the efforts of DFSA.
In order to become a member of DFSA you need to complete a membership application and pay annual dues. The membership application helps us learn about our members and their connection to campus, as well as how they may want to contribute to DFSA. Membership dues are $20 per academic year and help to fund the operations of DFSA. Members can contribute additional funds to sponsor those who may be unable to afford annual dues. Members can request sponsorship on the application.
