Monday, March 31
- Morning: Texas Nuclear Symposium, A morning of presentations and panel discussions on nuclear energy, nuclear security, and medical applications of nuclear technology.
- Afternoon: Energy Research Poster Competition showcasing research in energy technology, policy, and economics. Co-hosted by the Longhorn Energy Club, Switch Energy Club, and the American Nuclear Society. Enter the competition
The student-run competition is open to all U.S. university students and researchers. Includes lunch.
Tuesday, April 1
Entrepreneurship Day
- Strategic Energy Seed Grant Showcase spotlighting innovative energy projects.
- Entrepreneurship Mentorship Lunch connecting students with key players in the energy entrepreneurship ecosystem for lunch and conversation.
- Spotlight Talks from founders, investors, and leaders in energy and climate tech.
- Startup Night: An evening of networking, student startup pitches, poster competition award announcements, and more.

Wednesday, April 2
A full day of panels, chats, and networking events
- UT Austin President Jay Hartzell hosts a chat with ConocoPhillips CEO Ryan Lance.
- Campus Energy Tour: Back by popular demand, this walking tour explores the Carl J. Eckhardt Combined Heating & Power Complex, which powers the UT campus, one of the largest microgrids in the U.S.
- Energy Career Mixer will connect students with energy companies and organizations.
- Student Club Mashup wraps up the day with UT’s student organizations in energy, environment, and entrepreneurship.

Thursday, April 3
A full day of discussions, panels, and networking events
- Interdisciplinary case competition: Open to UT graduate students. Enter the Competition
- Energy & Environment Mentorship Lunch gives students the opportunity to connect with energy leaders in technology, policy, business, and communications.
- Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law (TJOGEL) kicks off its 20th anniversary reunion weekend with a panel discussion exploring the transformative legal decisions that defined the last two decades in energy.

Friday, April 4
KBH Energy Center presents Energy Everywhere: Building Infrastructure to Power Progress
- A half-day summit challenging the “Build Absolutely Nothing Anywhere Near Anything” mindset by highlighting the critical need for energy infrastructure everywhere.
- Experts share insights and real-world examples showing how energy projects create jobs, advance energy goals, and positively impact communities.
Breakfast and lunch provided.
Showcase Your Research in the Energy Week Poster Competition
- Open to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as researchers from any university.
- $8,000 total pool of prizes across eight awards.
- Abstracts due March 3.
