Rifat Seleoglu earned his bachelor’s degree from Bilkent University (Turkey) in 2019. He develops software on web, mobile, and blockchain platforms. He is interested in helping developers and organizations create better software. He has experience with Smart Contracts. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a focus on Software Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
