Dr. Paul Irving successfully defended his thesis titled, Design Principles for Ion-Selective Hydrated Polymer Membranes: Interplay of Polymer Dynamics, Hydration, and Fixed Charge Effects. He will be continuing on to postdoctoral position at NIST, at Gaithersburg, MD.
