Our journal paper, “High-Rate Deposition and Characterization Study of CoZrO Films for On-Chip Power Applications”, was published in Advanced Engineering Materials, led by graduate student Elaine Ng, in collaboration with Dr. Leopoldo Hernandez and Prof. Jean Anne Incorvia of the Integrated Nano Computing Lab (INC Lab), Dr. Elizabeth Young-Dohe from NASA Glenn Research Center, and Dr. Jianliang Lin from the Southwest Research Institute.
Prof. Alex Hanson, Alyssa Brown, and Elaine Ng wrote a chapter titled, “Magnetic Material Selection for Power Inductors and Transformers”, in IET Handbook on Inductive Devices in Power Electronics, that was just published! (We are chapter 6.)
