About
Felipe Palacios II is a Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories (SNL). He has a B.S. and M.S. degree from the University of Texas at Austin in Computer and Electrical Engineering with a focus in Power Electronics and Power Systems. While working at SNL he is concurrently pursuing his PhD at UT Austin with research interests that include improving power electronics efficiency, power density, and operation, improving distributed energy resources integration into microgrids, and power conversion systems for distributed level grid connection. His research background spans semiconductor device modeling and testing, to converter simulating, building, and testing, and power system simulation.
