Diana Ling is the HBRT Program Manager. She is an experienced health communication professional with a Master’s degree in English from Middlebury College. Ms. Ling is highly skilled at managing, tracking, and reporting on projects involving multiple teams. She also has an extensive background in developing reports, presentations, and training materials. Prior to joining HBRT, she was a staff writer at a New York City nonprofit, creating digital and print communications to reach over 400,000 members of the nation’s largest healthcare union.
