Connect to End COVID-19 App

Development of this app is through a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) cooperative agreement with The University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work, in partnership with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), focused on bolstering COVID-19 vaccine confidence and demand.

This app is part of adapting the Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) model to encourage vaccine uptake and training social workers in its use. This mobile app will support social workers by providing them with readily accessible vaccine information; motivational interviewing strategies; screening questions; suggested interventions; and effective messaging for real-time support when social workers are interacting with their patients/clients.

The information on this app reflects guidance from the CDC as of November 2022 and will be updated to reflect the latest CDC recommendations.
