From 2003 to 2014, we contributed to several research projects sponsored by the ONR Electric Ship Research and Development Consortium, a consortium of seven institutions. The UT-Austin participation was coordinated by the UT Center for Electromechanics. Our projects and efforts focused on shipboard power system reconfiguration control, submarine actuator retrofit, and mobile system power estimation and prognostics.
