Manthiram Group PhD Candidate receives Excellence in Research Award

Chi-Hao Chang 2018 Poster Submission “Polymeric sulfur-graphene Nanocomposites for Ultra-High Areal Capacity Li-S Batteries”

Chi-Hao Chang, a Materials Science & Engineering PhD candidate in the Manthiram Group, received the Department of Mechanical Engineering Research Award for Excellence in Research at the 2018 Graduate and Industry Networking Event (GAIN).  GAIN is an annual event hosted by the Graduate Engineering Council at The University of Texas at Austin.  It is a broad networking opportunity that allows The Cockrell School of Engineering to showcase its best and brightest graduate students.  Congratulations on receiving this award, Chi-Hao!  Your poster showcasing your research (above) and your success are indicative of the dedicated work performed by the Manthiram Group.
