Dr. Moriba Jah provided a keynote lecture to the 1st International Academy of Astronautics: Conference on Space Situational Awareness (ICSSA). His lecture involved highlighting current barriers to achieving a successful and meaningful International Space Traffic Management system, and he provided solutions where relevant.

The 2nd ICSSA will be held in 2019, November 18-20, in Washington, DC. Mark your calendar and make sure to pass the info to your contacts, please.
