Our lab is in the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences and is located in SEA 2.322B.

Our lab consists of students and faculty committed to the well-being of Latinx/Hispanic students. We aim to learn about the experiences of Latinx/Hispanic members of the UT and Austin community at large. Our studies vary from working with freshmen students at UT to high school students and parents in the community of Austin. The majority of our projects assess cultural stressors, coping, cultural risk and protective factors, emotional well-being, behavioral health, and academic well-being of Latinx/Hispanic families and students.
