- February 25, 1:30 PM, Howson Branch Library: Speaker Harriett Chaney, PhD will speak about Fall Prevention. Falls among elderly persons are life changing; they can be life threatening. Dr. Chaney’s presentation is based on her experience as an advanced practice nurse working with multiple organizations. Harriett will address elder fall prevention measures in the context of a person’s daily life at home and in the community.
