Until 2020, the only edition available for Bhāruci’s commentary was that of J.D.M. Derrett, which begins at 6.9. A transcription of that text was completed before the new edition of Bhāruci’s complete commentary became available. For now, therefore, this transcription is divided into two files, with the first containing only that roughly first half of the commentary up to 6.9 in Jagannatha’s edition and the rest in Derrett’s edition.

Many variants between the Jagannatha and Derrett editions after 6.9 and a comparative edition (in progress) of both is also available from 6.9-8.58.
