We are honored to receive the Jack Kilby Award for Best Student Paper at International Solid-State-Circuits Conference [ISSCC] 2026. 

This work proposes an adaptive linearity enhancement technique that leverages Doherty active load modulation to significantly improve linearity and in-band blocker tolerance without compromising other performance metrics. Congratulations to Hao and the team!

The work proposes a reciprocal Doherty network that enables Doherty operation within a single-path footprint, comparable to that of a linear PA. Congratulations to Lianbo, Yidong and the team.

Dr. Li has been awarded IEEE MTT-S 2025 Microwave Prize, for our paper entitled “A Coupler Balun Load-Modulated Power Amplifier With Extremely Wide Bandwidth,” in IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques!!! This prestigious award recognizes, on an annual basis, the most significant contribution by a published paper to the field of Microwave.
