Dez Bryant returned to the NFL on November 7, 2018, signing with the New Orlean Saints. He had only been a Saint for two days when he went down on the last play of Friday’s practice with an apparent ankle injury.
Although early reports stated that team doctors were positive Bryant had torn his Achilles, he was still taken in for an MRI the next day. As we often discuss on this site, prominent athletes get lots of seemingly useless MRIs. The MRI confirmed that Bryant had torn his Achilles tendon. For more information about this injury click here.
