Hi everyone! My name is Javier Granados II, and I’m from Corpus Christi, Texas. I’m a junior majoring in biology on the pre-pharmacy track with a certificate in ethics in healthcare. I was fortunately selected into the 2018 Dell Medical School Health Leadership Apprentice Program, which led me to become a member of the Sports Blog and Comprehensive Care Team; I am a huge sports fan (particularly baseball and football), so it was easy for me to choose and pursue this opportunity. I also tore my meniscus in September 2018, so I find it ironic that I’m now writing and teaching the community about injuries common to the one I had!

Upon hopeful successful completion of pharmacy school, I wish to pursue a career in drug development, clinical trials, health education, and health equity.
