“What Starts Here Changes the World”
You’re living proof that The University of Texas at Austin students are making an impact all over the world. The Project is proud to invite all Texas Exes to participate in Project Worldwide through your local chapter, or to volunteer with us in Austin.
The Project is UT’s Largest Day of Service. In rotating partnership with an Austin neighborhood, we bring about 2000 students, faculty, and staff from the university for one day of service. Our goal is to include all Texas Exes chapters around the country to participate with us, so you’ll be volunteering in your community while we’re volunteering here in Austin.
Event Information (Nationwide):
If your chapter is interested in participating in UT’s Largest Day of Service, let us know! It doesn’t matter what you do – food drives, blood drives, Habitat for Humanity home builds, and food bank donation sorting are all great group service projects. Post your photos on social media and be sure to tag @theprojectut or #utproject so we can share and retweet you!
To sign up your chapter, or find out how to participate in our nationwide service event, stay tuned!
Event Information (Austin):
To register for The Project 2023 visit https://www.givepulse.com/event/327392-UT-Project-Day-2023. We look forward to seeing you back at The Project!
We will have a special work site near event headquarters for any UT alumni who would like to come out and volunteer on Project day with current students, faculty, and staff, as well as residents of the St. Johns community. As always, we look forward to seeing our Project alums, and are thrilled to be joined by members of the Texas Exes Austin Young Alumni!
