The Urban Information Lab at The University of Texas at Austin had a fantastic experience with the Waymo Robo Taxi in Austin during its testing period on January 14, 2025. We took two test rides within the service area, and the experience was exceptionally positive. All riders agreed that Waymo drives better than any of us.
