Alumni Spotlight Series Alumni Spotlight Chantal Class of 2024 • Spanish Research Assistant Chantal, a neuroscience graduate, shares how her experience in Project SEED opened the door to new opportunities, including publishing a paper on academic discrimination. She discusses her current journey as a graduate student in The University of Texas nursing program, how she found her path to nursing, and her goal of pursuing cardiovascular care after graduate school. Chantal also reflects on her time in the project, where conducting interviews and home visits allowed her to build meaningful connections with participants and the Mexican American community.
