Please join the Workday Implementation Program on Tuesday, October 17 from 9-10:30 AM for an open house featuring a program update, town hall, and system demos. From 9 AM – 9:45 AM the program will update you on the latest information about how we have changed our implementation approach for Workday to better meet campus’ needs, talk about what the HCM/Payroll go live date and what cutover will look like, timeline and milestones for the next year leading to go live, and answer audience questions. This portion will be livestreamed and available on the Workday website.
Following the town hall portion, an open house will feature demos of the Workday system targeted to those of you who have not yet had an opportunity to see an overview of Workday navigation and worker profile, time entry, and recruiting in Workday. This will be an informal way of showing off the system and giving you the opportunity to meet program team members and ask them questions. Below is a schedule of events.
