The Design Confirmation Session Final Report includes overviews of the strategy and approach for the Design Confirmation Stage, overviews of each Design Confirmation Session, and answers to any outstanding questions, known as parking lot items, that were asked during Design Confirmation Sessions but which required more research before an answer could be provided.
HCM/Payroll Design Confirmation Sessions were a key component to moving forward with the Workday HCM/Payroll implementation after the Workday reset. The primary goals of these sessions were to provide participants with an understanding of how Workday HCM/Payroll had been configured to meet business requirements and confirm that the university can continue doing business at go live, and to solicit common use cases from units.
