Cutover and Important Dates Related to Legacy (Current) Systems
As the university approaches Workday go live, transactions in our legacy (current) systems will cease and the systems will become “view only”. In preparation of cutting over to the new system, certain transactions will need to cease in some legacy systems and then be entered in Workday. Below you will find some specific guidance on transactions, systems, and important dates.

Upcoming Training Events: Time & Absence Training for Timekeepers, Time Associates, & Absence Partners – Aug 16, Aug 21, and Aug 30
This training is tailored for those with the Timekeepers, Time Associates, and/or Absence Partner security roles in Workday. In this session, Timekeepers, Time Associates, and Absence Partners will learn the fundamentals associated with their roles, how time is entered, how to approve time, and will gain a foundational understanding of time off types. Users with these roles will receive invitations to attend these training sessions. Registration is not required.
