When you enter time for a week that contains a holiday, such as the upcoming July 4th holiday, if your job is leave eligible, your holiday time will auto-populate. To see the auto-population happen, you simply need to enter a time on a day other than the holiday itself. For example, if the holiday occurs on a Thursday, entering time on any other day of that week will trigger your holiday time to appear with the hours you qualify for based on your scheduled weekly hours. Remember, you must account for all your scheduled weekly hours, including hours worked, holiday time off, and any time off taken, before you can submit your time.
