The Recognition of Mexico as “a Failed State” is starting to catch on.

The brutal murders of 3 young mothers and 6 children in the Mexican state of Sinaloa and near Chihuahua and Arizona and New Mexico has put an American perspective on the horrendous violence being inflicted on all people in Mexico.
