Qualifications: CURRENTLY ENROLLED undergraduate or graduate student at UT. Preferred graduation date NO EARLIER THAN FALL 2012. Customer service experience. Detail-oriented. Enthusiastic. Fast learner. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work the hours specified, with potential for increased hours in the future. May be asked to adjust class schedule to meet desk coverage needs.
