Cohorts

We are excited to welcome the new cohorts of UT CAEE Geotechs starting fall 2021! Our graduate students come from across the globe from 5 different continents. Most of our graduates will be doing a Ph.D. degree, and six students will be pursuing a Master’s degree. Working closely with our faculty, the Ph.D. graduate students will be investigating diverse topics, from analyzing ground motion characteristics in Texas to dynamic testing of soil and rocks to in-situ jet grouting. We are excited to support three Ph.D. students with Multi-Year International Scholarships and several masters and Ph.D. students on GRA and TA positions.

We look forward to exploring new frontiers in Geotech with y’all. Hook ’em horns!
