Hi! My name is Brandon Lee, and I am a junior at UT Austin pursuing a Major in Neuroscience and a Minor in Health Communication. I am grateful to be learning under the mentorship of Dr. Emily Hilz, PhD and for the opportunity to participate in groundbreaking research under Dr. Andrea Gore, PhD. I am very interested in the effects of endocrine disrupting chemicals on neural networks and plasticity, such as how they can influence dopamine reward pathways. My time in the lab has also developed my interests in the epigenetic effects of endocrine disrupting chemicals and how behaviors and molecular pathways can be altered across generations. Outside of the lab, I love playing basketball, watching movies, and spending time with my family and friends!
