I have always been fascinated by the natural world around me and curious how people and animals grow, think, feel, reproduce, and socialize. These interests led me to Wellesley College, where I studied Neuroscience with a keen focus on reproductive neuroendocrinology. Following undergrad, I moved to the Bay Area and worked at Maplight Therapeutics, a biotech startup focused on discovering novel therapies for psychiatric symptoms of central nervous systems diseases. I was drawn to UT for my graduate studies by Dr. Gore’s work in reproductive neuroendocrinology and endocrine disrupting chemicals. In the Gore Lab, I am asking if endocrine disrupting chemicals in the environment lead to sexually dimorphic epigenetic changes in the brain. I love that our work can provide foundational evidence for environmental reproductive health justice.

Outside of lab, I love hiking, cooking, yoga, crafting, playing soccer, caring for my plants, and identifying as many species as I can find.
