The VOICE Survey (Victim Services Occupation, Information, & Compensation Experiences Survey) examines the experiences of people working in the fields of intimate partner violence and sexual assault services. This survey measured occupational stress and gathered perceptions of positions and organizations as well as suggestions for improving job satisfaction. Specifically, the survey asked questions to understand turnover intention, job satisfaction, resiliency, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress. This project was conducted by IDVSA in collaboration with state and community partners and funded by the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division.
