Greenleaf Project (2006) The Greenleaf Project was an initiative of Refugee Services of Texas. IDVSA was tapped to collect data and create an annual report to review the impact of this programming. The Greenleaf Project offered various services to the refugee community in Austin including, medical, mental health, employment, immigration, education and training, public and financial, and child welfare.
