This study evaluated the Central Texas Coalition Against Human Trafficking (CTCAHT). IDVSA evaluated several individual aspects of CTCAHT’s program including: network and collaboration between service providers and law enforcement, identification of victims, adequacy of community services, and achievement of program objectives.
