RST Survivors of Trafficking Empowerment Program (STEP) (2016) In collaboration with the Refugee Services of Texas, IDVSA evaluated the efficacy of their Survivors of Trafficking Empowerment Program (STEP) which aimed to provide trauma-informed services to victims of trafficking. Services provided through this program included, crisis management, emergency planning, housing assistance, employment assistance, and more.
