Development of Outcome Measures for Sexual Assault Services in Texas (2003) In 2003 the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault (TAASA) and the Texas Attorney General, identified a need to assess and understand the resources, needs, and programs of sexual assault service providers in Texas.
