Thought Exchange is a way to crowd source great ideas for planning, strategizing, and identifying great thoughts to move forward. It lets you ask an open-ended question of any size group. Participants then confidentially share as many ideas as they would like with the group and rate the ideas shared by other participants. As the exchange of ideas goes on, you can watch the screen and see the linkages between ideas, clouds identifying the most common words across ideas, AI generated themes, and the thoughts that are rising to the top because of the rankings. The end result is a summary that can be shared and used to support the peer workforce!
