In the Summer of 2021 the CISTAR Center at the University of Texas at Austin, with the Nanosystems Engineering Research Center (NERC) for Nanomanufacturing Systems for Mobile Computing and Mobile Energy Technologies (NASCENT) and the Center for Dynamics and Control of Materials MRSEC, created a hybrid program that includes virtual professional development and in person research for the teachers who were selected to participate in the Research Experience for Teachers 2021 program.
