Kaibin Huang receives 2019 IEEE Communications Society Best Tutorial Paper Award!

Prof. Kaibin Huang, recently promoted to Associate Professor at Hong Kong University, recently received the 2019 IEEE Communications Society Best Tutorial Paper Award for his work on energy harvesting for communications.
