Limited License and Terms of Use for Research Use by Non-Profit and Government Institutions

The myCMIE Application is a web-based tool provided to the cancer research community to explore patient molecular tumor profiles for clinical insights beyond those contained in a profiling report.

As used in this limited license and terms of use, “Tool” refers to the following: this website, all software code running this website, all software code associated with running this website, or with the following manuscripts (except software code otherwise released under a GPL license), all pictorial or graphic representations of data on this website, no matter how the Tool is accessed or obtained:

BY UTILIZING THE TOOL, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED LICENSE, WHICH FOLLOW:

You agree you will not use the Tool, or any information derived from the Tool, for any commercial purposes whatsoever, including commercially funded research.
You agree you are an actively enrolled student, post-doctoral researcher, or faculty member at a degree-granting educational institution or US government research institution.
You agree you will only use the Tool for educational, instructional, and/or non-commercial research purposes.
You understand that to obtain any right to use the Tool for commercial purposes, including in the context of commercially sponsored research, you must enter into an appropriate separate and direct license agreement.
