Job Opportunity for December and Spring LAH grads- CivicSolar

CivicSolar, a solar plus storage distribution and design firm based in Austin, Boston and Oakland is currently looking for Account Managers in all three of our offices (Boston, Austin, Oakland).  CivicSolar seeks to hire young Account Managers with an outgoing, personable nature and a true hunger to learn.  Our most successful Account Managers started at CivicSolar straight out of college.
Please see more info on CivicSolar and the role below
-CivicSolar gets heavily involved in system designs and offer technical product expertise our competitors do not -We seek to build long term partnerships with our installers instead of transactional relationships. The power of our network comes from the relationships we build with people. The role of the Account Manager is to build new relationships with installers, assist with system design and product selection, understand their business, and channel CivicSolar’s resources to help our installers achieve their goals. Our revenue comes from equipment and engineering services sales. CivicSolar works with a wide range of installer partners including small family shops, commercial developers, mid sized residential installers, and solar plus storage specialists.
We’re looking for more UT LAH alumni to join our ranks!

UT Outpost Donations

Thanks to those that have spread the word and/or donated to the UT OUTPOST Food and Clothing Drive!!

We are still accepting donations through this Friday, Dec. 7.  Please share and remind your student/staff/faculty community, if you can.

Some have wondered how students can access the UT OUTPOST:

  • The UT Outpost falls under Student Emergency Services within the Dean of Students office. If a student is in need of using the Outpost, please feel free to send them to our office: SSB 4th Floor.
  • Further, any enrolled student can access the UT Outpost in UA9 (2609 University Ave) during store hours. Currently, the UT Outpost hours are Wednesdays from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM and Thursdays from 2:00-6:00 PM.
