You may remember the on-campus Community Design Workshop hosted by Project Connect this past December regarding the proposed light rail coming to Guadalupe just west of campus.
The in-person and virtual events last semester were such a success that Project Connect would like to give the UT community an additional opportunity to provide further feedback on plans. This event to be virtual only.Zoom registration for the event can be found below.

Event Description
The Orange Line, a 20-mile light rail line that would operate on North Lamar Blvd and Congress Ave, could serve a section of Guadalupe St. known as “The Drag,” offering new ways for people to travel just west of UT Austin and creating a new signature public space for the city. Join the Austin Transit Partnership to discuss design opportunities for The Drag with Project Connect engineering and design teams.
