Brodnax Recreation Fund

The Brodnax Recreation Fund is focused on expanding access to RecSports for students who may face financial barriers to participating in programs.

We are currently accepting applications for spring 2025 funding with a priority application deadline of Friday, Dec. 20. Students can apply to have any one of the following programs fully funded for next term:

  • TeXercise All-Access Pass
  • Climbing Wall Pass
  • Intramural Sports Team Entry
  • Day or Weekend Adventure Trip Registration

Publish Your Humanities Research!

The Searcher is a new academic journal sponsored by the Department of English that provides undergraduate students with the opportunity to publish scholarly work in the humanities. Any and all research is welcome, but we especially encourage English literary research.

CoachUT Applications Spring 2025

CoachUT is a semester-long program where participants receive free, executive-quality leadership coaching. Participants will complete five one-on-one sessions with a professional coach through the spring term. Bookshelf Contest

The Office of the Dean of Students Cactus Yearbook Bookshelf needs a makeover, and we need your help to transform it. This is an opportunity for students from any major with a flair for design to showcase their talents and leave a lasting impact on campus. The bookshelf will predominantly feature our collection of Cactus Yearbooks from nearly every year since 1920.  The chosen student will work closely with the department to bring their design to life. The selected artist will also receive campus-wide recognition and a financial award of $500. Attend an info session to learn more about the application process, view the yearbook collection, and explore our space.

UC Berkeley Comp Lit Undergraduate Symposium

The UC Berkeley Comparative Literature department is proud to announce that the call for submissions is open for our 12th Annual Undergraduate Symposium,  “Translating Reality” on April 12, 2025.

Killam Fellowship Program

The Killam Fellowships Program application for awards for the 2025-26 academic year is now open! The UT application deadline is December 13th, 2024.

The Program provides a funded opportunity for exceptional undergraduate students to spend either a semester or a full academic year as an exchange student in Canada at one of 18 participating partner institutions. Applicants will list their top choices of institutions which vary in location, size, language immersion, and academic offerings leaving flexibility to find a school that meets their personal and academic needs.
